Our Story
On 9th May 2022 Gigi was killed at Tiny Toes Nursery. In May 2024, after a harrowing 6 week trial, Gigi’s nursery worker was convicted of her manslaughter and sentenced to 14 years in prison by Mrs Justice Ellenbogen. You can watch or read the sentencing remarks below.
Gigi’s case was featured in a BBC documentary. Whilst difficult to watch, this was an important examination of safety in nurseries and explains why changes are so desperately needed
